Pragmatic Play Expands LATAM Presence with New Live Casino Studio in Bogotá

Pragmatic Play has taken another huge step in expanding its live casino operations with the opening of a cutting-edge studio in Bogotá, Colombia. Operated by ARRISE, a key technology and services provider in the iGaming industry, the new facility represents a major strategic investment aimed at serving the rapidly growing Latin American regulated gaming market.

Backed by an investment exceeding $15 million, the Bogotá studio marks one of Pragmatic Play’s largest infrastructure projects in the region to date. Beyond its technological innovation, the facility is expected to generate over 1,500 new jobs, building on the company’s commitment to supporting local economies while delivering high-quality live gaming experiences.

Localized Gaming Meets Next-Generation Technology

The new studio will feature more than 100 live casino tables, hosting a wide range of classic and modern titles, including roulette, blackjack, and baccarat. Each table is tailored for the Latin American market and operated by native Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking dealers, ensuring players enjoy a truly localized and culturally attuned experience.

Equipped with Smart Studio technology, the facility allows for deep customization and flexible branding, enabling operators to design unique visual environments that reflect their brand identity. Both network and dedicated tables will be available, giving partners the flexibility to scale their offerings while maintaining production quality and regulatory compliance.

In addition to traditional casino titles, the Bogotá studio will deliver localized versions of global favorites from Pragmatic Play’s award-winning portfolio, including Mega Roulette, and will introduce brand-new live game show formats in 2026.

Continued Commitment to Regional Growth

According to ARRISE CEO Paul Dever, the new Bogotá studio represents more than just a technological upgrade. It further reflects a long-term vision for the future of live casino entertainment in Latin America. He noted that the project demonstrates a commitment to authentic, player-focused experiences, complete with native-speaking hosts and flexible branding designed to align with the needs of operators and regulators alike.

Irina Cornides, Chief Operating Officer at Pragmatic Play, described the Bogotá launch as a cornerstone in the company’s Latin American expansion strategy. She emphasized that Pragmatic Play sees enormous potential in the region and aims to continue delivering premium, localized live casino content that empowers operators and engages diverse player bases across LATAM. With that vision, as the Latin American iGaming landscape continues to mature, the new facility will play a crucial role in setting the standard for localized, responsible, and immersive online casino experiences.
